4. BOOKINGS

For orders with less than 2 weeks notice, payment must be made in full upon ordering. Orders with more than 2 weeks notice require a non-refundable retainer of 50% with the balance due 1 week before due date.

4.1 WEDDING CAKES

- For cakes with more than 30 days notice require a 50% non-refundable retainer of your cake price to be paid at time of booking to hold the date required., and the balance to be paid no later than 30 days before the wedding date.

-Wedding cakes with less than 30 days notice will require payment in full upon booking.

4.2 POSTPONEMENT /CANCELLATION

- All postponements/cancellations must be verified in writing. If for any reason the event is rescheduled or cancelled, the client must contact Monarch.M immediately, as the requested new date may/not be available. the 50 % retainer payment must be made at the time of booking is non-refundable and non-refundable under any circumstances when the client cancel/reschedule the order. No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 20 days before the event. For cancellations less than 30 days, and only when the total balance due has been paid, any refunds are subject to fees. 30% of total cake order will be charged as cancellation fee.

If, for any reason other than non-payment or cancellation/reschedules by the client, Monarch.M needs to cancel the contract, all payments, including the retainer, will be refunded in full. Client assumes responsibilities for any and all collection costs and legal fees incurred by Monarch.m due to non-payment issues.

5. COURSES

- Please email info@monarchm.nl or book online for registration.

- All registration is closed 7 days prior the date of schedule. 

- Your booking is only confirmed once payment is fully paid.

- Switching courses, cancellation or refund is not allowed once booking is confirmed.

- You may take photographs during the workshop. Video recording is prohibited.
